For vulnerable young people to achieve optimal health and wellbeing through community and Government action that ensures maximum social and economic participation.

Our Mission

To engage, support and strengthen vulnerable young people affected by drug and alcohol use, mental illness and social disconnection in order to improve their health, wellbeing and participation in the community.

We develop supportive, respectful and caring relationships with vulnerable young people, their families and communities; provide holistic, integrated services; establish productive, collaborative partnerships; generate research, innovation and growth; and influence positive social change.
