YSAS has a strong track record in designing and delivering education and training programs for a variety of workforces in the health and community sectors.

Each program delivered by YSAS is based on a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) that maps the existing skills and knowledge within each workforce and determines the specific needs and learning styles of participants.

Workforce development programs are customised depending on the preferences of those agencies that contract YSAS and the needs of participants.
