Reconnect Family Worker – Box Hill (Full time 1.0 EFT)

We are seeking a staff member for our Reconnect Program based in Box Hill.   YSAS Reconnect provides a range of early intervention services to young people (and their families) who are at risk of, or have recently become, homeless. The successful candidate will possess a good knowledge of adolescent development and substance use and an energetic, flexible and solution focused approach to working with young people and their families.

It is desirable that you have:

• Experience in family counselling and solution focused therapy
• Experience in working with at risk young people and their families
• Relevant tertiary education
